A one year queer is someone who has only one year on the job. I don't think a one year queer should be able to get a job promotion over someone who has 8 years on the job (me). I have put in for this job 4 fucking times only to be bumped by someone with more years on the job. Now we have mister one year queer who happens to be friends with the department supervisor. He tells the boss he wants the job and hes getting it handed to him. I applied for this job 4 times, No I'm wrong, 5 times, My fourth one I'm told mysteriously disappeared and had to reapply when this clown applied for it. Its BULLSHIT!
