i think it would have been sweet if in Star Wars: A New Hoop, before they figure out the weakness of the death star, there was a half hour sequence of the most balls out random star ship attack upon the crust of the death star. lasers flying everywhere with those pilot close ups with them looking really pissed and agro with everyone getting the same transmission :
"SHOOT the Death Star,*insert name*!!"
then goto the command center where old bearded scientists and the like are punch/jerking their fists staring at screens showing their teeths with the fierceness shouting 'Yeah!' etc.. coz I think it would be really funny and a nice break from the deadly seriousness that is Star Wars: A New Hoopty
or maybe just 3 minutes, but have it very fast paced and then cut it really fast to a somber scene of everybody back at the base contemplating the new hopelessness of their situation, when a spy comes in with a scroll of data and good tidings/news. thats my dream. i have one.

haha i remember seeing the VHS of this in a store and wishing i could have it. i don't have to wish no mo/looks like my wishing daze is over/i can't wait til this comes out
