shunt, it is done with AutoHotKey which is a scripting language for windows stuff. there is a "pixelgetcolor" deal so in effect you can copy and paste stuff into oekakai(pixel by pixel). you can look in the forums to get an idea of the code(is that forum still there?)

<, if you are alive and well and here. i changed the code becuase I used to not know that adding zero to a hex number converts it to decimal..instead of having to read each character in the string and getting its ASCII code, hah! so yah it is even simplier now.

captains log: the first line 'blurs' or mosaics fine(look in the upper left corner for 2x2pixel blocks and compare to the 2nd version if you are interested!), the problem was in adding numbers before

BAD:
dog= %fasiofj% + %fasdiofjaoi%

GOOD:
dog:= fasiofj + fasdiofjaoi

Next, get excited about finding out why it effs up on the secondline and just does white blocks

ok it is fixed, looking at the top quarrterrr of "yo!" between the last two version you can see the pixelation, doesnt look too neat with only two colors, BUT JUST YOU WAIT, AMERICA 'n' GERMANY 'n' POLAND 'n' MEXICO && 'AUSTRIA'
