Denver snow removal.........73 brand new computerized snow plows and the roads arent plowed becasue they can't read the instructions......( the interview with the DPW supervisor was on TV) and here comes another blizzard

I'm in norther NY...no snow here either....have family that moved to Denver...they can't believe that they are sooo incompetent as not to know how to operate the snow plows...they purchased them last year and got rid of the old ones but never bothered to learn how to run them over the summer.....so they shovel
