you never see american geese anymore

come to northern New York and New England..we have Greater and Lesser Snow Geese in abundance plus a bunch of other "American" breeds..........the town I live in means Goose Crossing in Dutch as the Dutch setted this area.....I know that of which I speak as I am a state wildlife rehabilitator in real life

we are having a problem with something killing off herons and loons however

oo! what sorta fun stuff do you do as a wildlife rehabilitator?

well I can tell you one thing that I won't try to do again is give a badger an asprin.......its a veterinary technician for wild animals.....everything that is done for domestic critters a rehabber does for injured, sick or orphaned wild critters
