South Texas Border Spanglish, or "pocho". "Mam?n", in that case is used to describe someone pretty much the way jewoome said it, but I mean it in less of a "sucker" kind of way, and more of an "asskisser", "suck-up", "know-it-all" or "little baby" kind of way.
