This isnt what it seems. It is a hairy growth on a wrist and he is showing it to the nurse. Also, the doctors office lost central cooling due to a power outage. That would explain the sweat.

Yeah, GE beats Worldwind by miles, much easier to use and much more detailed! There's a post on my site on which you can download a GE-file (.kmz) which guides you to about 20 crop circles in the USA, UK and Europe
