"The door slides away with only the lightest sound of scraping stone. A stairway leading down into darkness is revealed.
Shinning the lantern down the stairs reveals the stairs leading down and ending in a small chamber with a ceiling about 9' high. A shut stone double door is set in the wall of the chamber. The air has a stale smell as you descend the stairs and stand before the door."

i thought the whole point of D&D was that people with little to no social skills could get together and be in the company of other human beings...doesnt email d&d defeat/make this situation that much worse?
yanbu 4/28/2006 - 5:20:03 pm
that's pretty awesome that it's happening, i wish i had a moat full of time to dedicate to it but there's no way. i could wield a double handed broadsword while wearing a girdle of masculinity
\< 4/28/2006 - 5:21:31 pm
and i thought the whole point of d&d was creativity.
sardoa 4/28/2006 - 7:38:58 pm
plus no dice??
Al 4/29/2006 - 7:10:09 am
No Thanks... I have a reputation to uphold..(whatever that might be)
tiresias83 4/29/2006 - 8:55:38 am
Whatever, people. Just send in your character. Use an annonymous email if you want. The idea here is that D&D requires a lot of time and arranging for three or four people to get together, but players on email need only spend a few minutes every week reading and responding. Dig it.

When ants congregate on the cracks of the sidewalk, my little sister and I used to call those ant parties. Sometimes we would spit on them.
Al 4/27/2006 - 7:43:11 pm
Cool. I used to poor lighter fluid on them then zap them with a magnifying glass.
Anubix 4/27/2006 - 8:48:06 pm
yeah, there was nothing better then frag'n a whole colony of ants
tim 4/27/2006 - 11:50:58 pm

seeker 4/28/2006 - 1:30:19 am

Hey ribz, what I was getting at was the state of things here in the U.S. now and in the past. If you look at our constitution from day one that it was written not all men were seen as equals. Still to this day we wide spread racism, lifestyle discrimination and social class labling (poor, middle class, wealthy) Cant we all be One Nation of people. Dont get me started on the Special Interest Groups that punish a whole nation because a tree newt wants to walk across the I 87 interstate ( little exaggerated ). Dont get me wrong dude, I proud to be an American and If I wasnt as old as I am, I would have joined the service years ago. I meant no ill will but was only in agreement with TT Dan. Arent we all looking for America? If you ever get the chance, watch Easy Rider, that kinda has the same idea. Peace and God bless America.
naranjon 4/27/2006 - 6:15:00 pm
